Valued Partners,

We are pleased to announce that the weather in Oklahoma has warmed up, and our on-site operations have re-commenced. As of Tuesday the 2nd of March we began our ASE 4 well (Phase III) drilling program and all reports indicate that we are making substantial progress.

We have engaged a mud logging team who will examine the cuttings from the Misener formation (rock) area estimated to be at approximately 3,950 ft. These results will provide key information that Deane Pearce (our Petroleum Engineer) and the ASE team will analyze to determine which type of sand stimulation (frack) will be the most effective to maximize the EUR (estimate ultimate recovery) of the wells on our lease.

Once we have selected a specific sand stimulation, we will engage our completion team to commence work with the expectation of seeing substantially increased oil and gas production.

Once the ASE 4 has been drilled, and the results analyzed, we will select the optimal position to drill the Lois 1 well (Phase IV). The next step will be to re-locate ASE Rig #3 and prepare to commence our drilling operations. After the Lois 1 well has been drilled, we will select the exact position for the Lois 2 (Phase V) well, with the rig move and drilling to follow.

Please note, as Oklahoma is now experiencing warmer weather, we do not foresee many delays regarding the drilling of future wells. In addition, with the sand stimulation being selected for all Misener wells, we strongly believe that the time from drilling, completing and most importantly production will be greatly improved.

During the drilling operation, investors can request access to the three live, on-site cameras and Pason, which is a technology that tracks drilling progression (by the foot) in real-time. Please note, if you are also an investor in Phase III, you will already have access to the cameras and Pason. An email will be in your inbox from Pason and also Arlo ing you access. If you would like access to, or are having difficulties accessing either Arlo or Pason, please email Sharon O'Brien at sharon.o@alphasevenenergy.com.
