Since the previous portal update, Oklahoma and Texas have experienced harsh winter storms and some of the coldest weather recorded in decades. Oklahoma activated the National Guard to keep people warm as temperatures plummeted to below -20° C. Due to the inclement weather, we paused our on-site activities including the drilling of the ASE 4 well. The snowstorms have passed and the weather is now starting to warm, with the weekly forecast showing lows of -1° C and highs of 19° C.
We endeavor to commence our rig #3 pre-drilling safety and systems checks this week. Once completed, we will start spudding the ASE 4. As outlined in the last portal update, we are happy to offer investors access to experience the complete drilling operation live.
