3rd November 2024, Update

November 3, 2024

Dear Valued Investor Partners,

We hope this update finds you well.

As outlined in our previous communication, we have developed a foundational plan to advance the Seminole project. This week marks the first step in executing that plan. Alpha Seven Energy (ASE) is committed to keeping you informed at each stage, ensuring transparency and providing progress updates across all phases. We believe this approach will enhance each project phase, including those Limited Partnerships awaiting well drilling.

Please note that the Lois 2 well is next inline after Phase 4 (Lois 1 well). We are fully committed to maximizing hydrocarbon extraction and ensuring investors receive monthly revenue disbursements as soon as possible.

Project Updates

Phase 1 (ASE 1 & ASE 2 Wells)

  • ASE 1: Currently shut-in.
  • ASE 2: Producing approximately 5-6.8 barrels of oil per day (BOPD) with a consistent output of 33 Mcf (thousand cubic feet) of natural gas.

We are reviewing the latest geological reports and awaiting final bids for proposed operations aimed at co-mingling production from the Hunton-Misner and Woodford shale formations, with a potential extension into the Booch formation.

Phase 2 (ASE 3 Well)
The ASE 3 well has maintained consistent production over the past 5.5 weeks without downtime, currently yielding 4.1-6.5 BOPD and 37.5 Mcf of natural gas. Weather permitting, we plan to start acidizing and frac stimulation work this Thursday, and we are optimistic that this will significantly boost both oil and gas production.

Thank you sincerely for your continued support and patience. We look forward to providing further updates in our next portal release.

Best regards,
The Alpha Seven Energy Team
