Since the previous portal update, we have been extremely busy and we are very pleased to say that we are now in the process of getting our own operating license for the State of Oklahoma, enabling us to take total control of the project. This process should be completed in the next 1-2 weeks. In the meantime, we have also completed our due diligence and vetting process and have engaged a new company to manage the ASE wells in Seminole County. The company is OGP Energy and they have been established since 1990 and have vast experience managing these types of wells throughout Texas and Oklahoma (approximately 500 wells).
We have also engaged the services of Kristie Ferguson who was T. Boone Pickens' Head Geologist for several years and lives in Oklahoma. Kristie has a wealth of experience and knows Seminole County extremely well and she will be assisting ASE to maximise oil and gas production across all projects including current and future wells.
