The BDW 650 (ASE rig 3) derrick has been raised, with all pre-drilling safety & system checks to be completed, followed by the commencement of drilling.
With the drilling data and e-logs from the ASE 4, we will then select the optimal position for the Lois 1 well (Phase 4) to be drilled.
Once the permits and SUA (Surface Usage Agreement) are lodged, we will begin construction of the road, the drilling pad, and laying the all-weather matting.
In our previous portal update, we requested that all Phase 4 investor partners who require an LLC please begin the process to establish one (if you have not done so already). We thank everyone who has completed this process and would kindly ask all partners who still need to establish their LLC to please do so immediately.

If you require a US bank account, the next step (after LLC establishment) is to introduce you to Prosperity Bank to complete the application process.
