PORTAL UPDATE CHANGES:

Moving forward, portal updates will be issued only when:

• Specific operational activities are occurring on your project well(s)
• Important project milestones are achieved

This streamlined approach will ensure that portal communications remain focused on meaningful updates and project developments.

As outlined in previous portals, we made an executive decision to pause the completion process on the Lois 1 well due to the lack of commercial success on the ASE 1 and ASE 4 wells. Please see below an update on the current development of the oilfield.

LOIS ANNE #1 WELL - LATEST UPDATE

October Testing Activities: Drilled and completed in September 2025, tested throughout October.

1st Wilcox Formation Test Results:

• Initial swab runs post-acid treatment showed promising flow rates
• Well was put on pump with the first 24 hours producing 60 barrels of fluid at approximately 25%-30% oil cut
• Subsequently, fluid rates and oil cut dropped significantly
• Pump card analysis showed no fluid above perforations
• Decision: 1st Wilcox deemed non-commercial at the Lois Anne #1 well location

October Production (1st Wilcox Test Period):

• Oil: 45 barrels
• Water: 130 barrels

Next Steps - Hunton Formation Completion: Based on the non-commercial results from the 1st Wilcox, a completion procedure has been prepared to:

• Set a plug over the 1st Wilcox perforations
• Move up hole to the Hunton formation
• Perforate the Hunton in the interval of 3,948' - 3,972' with 3 shots per foot
• Log and sample analysis show a high probability of success in the Hunton formation

November Timeline: Completion rig operations to commence in mid-November.
