The BIA (Bureau of Indian Affairs) has approved the ASE 4 well to be drilled, and the SUA (surface usage agreement) is created for the landowner to sign.
Plans are being made to construct the ASE 4 drilling pad and the adjoining road. Once the site is dry enough, additional timber matting will be laid to ensure we have an all-weather road to transport our drilling rig (BDW 650) and equipment to where the ASE 4 well is staked.
