We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to provide an update on the ongoing Seminole County situation and legal case, which has generated a significant amount of questions and concerns among our investors.
Since the investor portal update went live on Tuesday, the 9th of May (US time), we have received a large number of inquiries from investors seeking clarification regarding the case. We want to assure you that the entire Alpha Seven Energy team has been working tirelessly to address all questions and concerns, and to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information available.
We believe that this time has been well spent answering questions and addressing concerns because the investors who have proactively reached out to us now have a greater understanding of the situation and an increased level of confidence.
The whole ASE team would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our investors for their overwhelming support during this challenging time. For those of you who have not yet reached out to us, we invite you to do so at your earliest convenience. We are committed to providing you with all the information you need to make an informed decision regarding contributing to your share of the legal fund.
As part of our efforts to keep investors informed, we are inviting all Limited Partners to email info@alphsevenenergy.com with any legal questions they may have before COB on the 16th of May. We will compile all of these questions and present them to our legal team to ensure that we provide the most accurate and comprehensive answers possible. We will make this information available to all investors as soon as it is ready.
Finally, we would like to remind all Limited Partners that invoices have been emailed out and we kindly request that all funds be paid on or before the 22nd of May.
