Drilling the ASE 4

Valued Partners,

We are pleased to announce that we have received the preliminary results from the ASE 4 well, consisting of the Recon e-log and full well report, which includes the 45 ft. Misener/Hunton core analysis. The results have created a high level of excitement within our technical team, as the core samples show that just like the Kookaburra zone, the Misener is also saturated in oil. In addition, the core samples contain a vast number of large vugs, which are cavities in the rock that are completely filled with oil, a fact that our geologists and engineers experienced firsthand when the oil was pouring onto the laboratory floor when analyzing the core samples. The final ASE 4 core results are two to three weeks away, with which our petroleum engineers and third party sand stimulation engineers will ascertain the precise sand stimulation/frac design, and the exact process to be completed on the ASE 4, 3, 2, and 1 wells, and all upcoming wells on our lease.

Based on preliminary results, Deane Pearce, a registered Petroleum Engineer, stated that the ASE 4 well is one of the best wells on the lease and is considered a success, meeting all operational benchmarks. His full report and a reduced 8-page version of the e-log are also available to review below:

ASE 4 Petro Analysis

Based on the quality of the rock in the ASE 4 and its location, we believe that the southern section of the lease may have even greater oil and gas reserves than the northern section. We have a vast amount of detailed data ascertained from all of our tests and the latest ASE 4 results. We are now looking at the potential of drilling the next wells, starting with the Lois 1 in the southern section of the lease.

Since the release of the latest phase, "ASE Seminole County Phase VIII LP," we have had a large number of current investors come on-board. Please note, for any investors yet to secure their investment in phase VIII, we suggest that you do so in the coming days. All remaining units are now being released to the international market, and based on the ASE 4's results, and this being the last Seminole County phase available for an extended period of time, all remaining units are anticipated to be purchased quickly.

Additionally, you may have noticed a recent change to our logo. Our intention is to modernize our image and celebrate the recent milestones that have been achieved. We believe that these milestones signal the beginning of a prosperous new chapter in our company’s story, and our new logo signifies a celebration of the exciting years ahead of us all.
