CURRENT STATUS - ASE 4 WELL

Well Status: Shut-in, with the proposed conversion to saltwater disposal (SWD) well advancing.

REGULATORY UPDATE - SIGNIFICANT PROGRESS

ASE #4 Disposal Well Conversion

• Disposal well permit application under final regulatory review
• Permit approval anticipated by the end of this month
• Conversion operations scheduled to commence within 3-4 weeks of permit approval

Next Steps: We await final permit approval from the OCC to commence conversion operations, so we can bring this strategic SWD facility online and start generating income for investors.
