ASE 4 WELL – TESTING RESULTS
Current Status: The well remains shut-in following our comprehensive evaluation of production options.
TESTING COMPLETED
Booch Formation Swab Test: The workover rig was mobilized to the ASE 4 well to perform a swab test on the Booch formation for fluid entry assessment. Unfortunately, the results have shown that currently, this well will not produce hydrocarbons from this zone, as it lacks the drive to produce fluids into the wellbore.
ALTERNATIVE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES
Woodford Formation Potential: Based on geological analysis of log data, ASE 4 shows promising indicators for Woodford formation recompletion. However, we plan to validate this approach first on ASE 1 before implementing it on the ASE 4 well.
Future Enhancement Strategy: Additionally, this well would greatly benefit from the implementation of a waterflood, which, with the ASE Lois LP 6 new wells, we do plan to drill 2 injection wells in the next 1-2 years.
