Here is the latest update on the Seminole County Phase 3 project, covering the saltwater disposal well conversion.
Current Status: Shut-in, proposed conversion to Saltwater Disposal Well (SWD)
Permit Application Filed: The conversion permit application has been submitted to the Oklahoma Corporation Commission's Underground Injection Control (UIC) Department.
Application Number: 2601100401
Current Status: The permit application is under active review by the OCC UIC Department. We are responding to any technical questions or information requests promptly to keep the process moving forward.
Anticipated Approval: Based on typical UIC permit processing timelines and the completeness of our application, we anticipate permit approval within the next 2-4 weeks.
Post-Approval Operations: Once the permit is granted, conversion operations (perforation, testing, and commissioning) are scheduled to commence within 2-3 weeks.
