10th November 2025, Update

November 10, 2025

Dear Valued Investor Partners,

We hope this update finds you well.

Current Status: Shut-in during October, proposed conversion to saltwater disposal (SWD) well in progress.

Regulatory Update: Permit filed for conversion to saltwater disposal well with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC). Application No. 2601100401 has been opened by the UIC department.

October Technical Activities:

  • Logs, water samples, proposed wellbore schematic, and additional information shared with UIC
  • The 456 pumping unit was removed from ASE 4 and relocated to the ASE 1 well

Strategic Importance: Once operational, the ASE 4 saltwater disposal well will handle lease water from multiple ASE wells, making previously uneconomical water-bearing formations profitable to produce across our entire Seminole County operation.

Phase 3 Investor Benefits: This strategic conversion creates a unique and valuable income stream for Phase 3 investors:

  • Increasing Monthly Income: As additional wells are drilled across the ASE Oddfellows oilfield and water production increases, disposal volumes and revenue will grow accordingly, creating an appreciating asset over time.
  • Price Stability: Unlike oil and gas production, disposal well revenue is based on water volumes, not commodity prices, providing income stability regardless of oil and gas market fluctuations.
  • No Production Decline: Water disposal wells do not experience the natural production decline curve typical of hydrocarbon-producing wells, offering more predictable and sustained long-term cash flow.
  • Field-Wide Value: The ASE 4 disposal well serves the entire field development, meaning every new well drilled in the area contributes to increased disposal revenue for Phase 3 investors.

This conversion transforms ASE 4 from a non-commercial oil producer into a critical infrastructure asset that generates stable, growing income while enabling the economic viability of multiple formations across our Seminole County operations.
