8th December 2025, Update

December 8, 2025

Dear Valued Investor Partners,

We hope this update finds you well.

PORTAL UPDATE REMINDER

As investors now have direct access to their monthly statements via the investor platform and receive automatic notifications when statements are posted, the monthly portals will no longer duplicate this financial information.

Moving forward, portal updates will be issued only when:

  • Specific operational activities are occurring on your project well(s)
  • Important project milestones are achieved
  • Additional details or context need to be provided beyond the standard monthly statements

This streamlined approach ensures that portal communications remain focused on meaningful updates and project developments, while your financial statements remain readily accessible through your investor platform account.

ASE 3 WELL NOVEMBER 2025 PRODUCTION

Production Performance:

  • Oil: 330.24 barrels
  • Gas: 1,500 MCF
  • Average: 10.7 BOPD and 48.4 MCFPD

December 2025 Milestone

December marks one year of production since we re-fractured the Booch formation. As planned, we performed the annual chemical acid treatment on November 19, 2025 to maintain optimal production output.

Treatment Details:

  • Acid Volume: 1,000 gallons of 7.5% NEFE acid
  • Proppant: 30 gallons
  • Purpose: Yearly maintenance to clean out perforations and maintain flow capacity

Treatment Results

Pre-Treatment Performance:

  • Well averaging approximately 10 BOPD over several weeks prior to treatment

Post-Treatment Performance:

  • Well averaging 17.5 BOPD for remainder of month
  • 75% production increase following treatment
  • Performance sustained even with one day of downtime due to thrown belts (replaced)

Production Outlook

The exceptional response to the annual acid treatment demonstrates:

  • Strong reservoir pressure and productive capacity
  • Effectiveness of proactive maintenance program
  • Excellent long-term production potential with regular optimization

Operational Notes: The well continued producing consistently throughout November with only minor routine maintenance required (belt replacement following thrown belts incident).

This strong performance one year after the Booch re-fracturing validates our strategic approach to formation stimulation and ongoing optimization.

Best regards,

THE ASE TEAM
