3rd November 2024, Update

November 3, 2024

Dear Valued Investor Partners,

We hope this update finds you well.

As outlined in our previous communication, we have developed a foundational plan to advance the Seminole project. This week marks the first step in executing this plan. Alpha Seven Energy (ASE) is committed to keeping you informed at each stage, ensuring transparency and providing updates on progress across all phases, which we believe will ultimately enhance each phase of the project, including the Limited Partnerships which are waiting for their well/s to be drilled.

Phase 1 (ASE 1 & ASE 2 Wells)
  • ASE 1: Currently shut-in.
  • ASE 2: Currently producing approximately 5-6.8 barrels of oil per day (BOPD) and consistently yielding 33 Mcf (thousand cubic feet) of natural gas.
We are reviewing the latest geological reports and awaiting the final bids for the proposed works, which aim to co-mingle production from the Hunton-Misner and Woodford shale formations, with potential expansion into the Booch formation.
Phase 2 (ASE 3 Well)

The ASE 3 well has maintained consistent production for the past 5.5 weeks with no downtime, currently yielding 4.1-6.5 BOPD and 37.5 Mcf of natural gas. Weather permitting, we plan to begin acidizing and frac stimulation work this Thursday. We are optimistic that this will significantly boost oil and gas production.

Thank you sincerely for your continued support and patience. We look forward to providing further updates in our next portal release.

Best regards,
The Alpha Seven Energy Team
