We wanted to provide you with a quick update regarding the MXP hearing this week (June 24th).
We are pleased to report that the hearing proceeded according to our legal counsel's strategy. Chris Hemsworth and Matt Burns both took the stand and delivered outstanding testimonies, including the Seminole County pumper.
Our attorneys presented a wealth of compelling evidence, significantly strengthening our case. MXP`s Rachael Patman and Deane Pearce also took the stand and by all accounts, our legal counsel decisively showed the Judge the full extent of their mismanagement and misconduct and picked apart their narrative of lies and smoke and mirror tactics.
Due to the substantial mountain of evidence we have provided the court, the judge indicated that it might take a few extra days to reach a ruling.
We had hoped to have a final decision by the end of this week, hence the delay in providing this portal. As we have still not heard anything yet, it is most likely to be next week until we receive notice from the court. Rest assured, we will update the portal with the judge's decision within 24 hours of receiving the information.
In the meantime, we wanted to keep you informed as we appreciate this process has been a long time coming! Rest assured that everything went as planned, and the whole ASE and our legal team are optimistic regarding the outcome.
The ASE team also conducted another Seminole County site visit this week, meeting with the pumper and other key personnel.
