Here is a brief update on our ongoing legal proceedings against MXP, particularly regarding the MXP bankruptcy case.
On February 20th, Judge Rhodes from the Eastern District of Texas Court took decisive action by dismissing the MXP bankruptcy case due to repeated non-compliance with court orders.
Following this dismissal, there was a two-week window before the decision became final. However, true to form, MXP chose to submit a motion to reinstate the case mere hours before the deadline expired.
Our attorney has filed multiple objections to MXP`s request to reinstate their case back into bankruptcy and we have a court date for Tuesday, March 12th.
Rest assured, we possess comprehensive and robust evidence that we are confident will compel the court to bring the MXP bankruptcy case to its rightful conclusion.
Following the proceedings and subsequent debriefing with our legal team, we will provide another update via the portal by the week's end.
