Valued Partners,
We have slowed fluid production from 120 to 38 bbls of water per day, and observed an oil increase as a percentage of total fluids produced. At all water levels, we were producing a cut of 3.5 to just over 5 bbls of oil. We need more information, therefore we have a fluid level and dynamometer being performed on the ASE 1 & 2 today to provide more data for the production engineers. This information will give us an idea of optimal downhole pump placement, and recheck fluid entry to define maximum rate and whether we should change the downhole pump from 1 1/2" diameter to the 2" pump we have in our inventory. Additionally, gas has steadily increased as we have removed water.
