Valued Partners, We have been slowly running the pumpjacks on the ASE 1 & ASE 2 over the past 72 hours and we have moved over 400 barrels of fluid, of which, 20 barrels were oil. Our operating team will continue to tweak the wells' downhole pump locations as well as the pump rate per minute before moving to a higher rate of production. The two pumps have a maximum output of approximately 500 and 200 barrels of fluid per day, respectively. We have limited the output to 120 barrels combined during the initial production phase to try and remove all water and observe the increase in oil percentage. We will continue to monitor the output and determine the best placement for the pumps.
Additionally, our operators are currently working on connecting the ASE 1 & ASE 2’s gas lines to the existing infrastructure.
