Valued Partners,
Fortunately, rainfall was minimal this morning and our operating team was able to continue moving the drilling rig to the ASE 2 location. The ASE 1 is pending completion while we determine whether to co-mingle the Misener and Booch formations, but we must first determine whether the two reservoirs are compatible for dual producers. The completion rig is expected to arrive at the ASE 1 by next week to perforate and swab the zones. We have also ordered 10 tanks to be used to increase the capacity of all of our wells in the area.
Of the four wells on this lease, the ASE 1 is the first to drill through the Misener formation, which could potentially increase our production estimates. Additionally, once the drilling rig arrives at the ASE 2 location, we will setup our live Arlo camera for all partners to access.
