As of Friday, April 17, the ASE 1 has been drilled to a depth of 4,037 feet, descending with an average rate of penetration (ROP) of 32.7 feet/hour. The rig is running smoothly with an average deviation of 1.25 degrees, the straightest hole drilled to date according to our operator.
