As outlined in our previous communication, we are making significant progress on the Seminole project. We are pleased to report the successful completion of Step 1: the re-stimulation of the ASE 3 well. This marks a key milestone in advancing the project.

_{Next Steps in Project Development}

Step 2, scheduled to commence by mid-month, involves:

• ASE 1: Completion of the Woodford Shale Zone, with the intention (at a later stage) to complete the Booch and co-mingle both zones.

• ASE 2: Completion of the Woodford Shale Zone, which will co-mingle with the current Hunton production.

_{Secured Funding Update}

For Phase 2 (ASE 3 well), Alpha Seven Energy has partnered with external capital providers who have assumed the financial risk associated with the re-stimulation.

For Phase 1 (ASE 1 and ASE 2 wells), the General Partner (GP) is in the final stages of securing the required capital to complete the outlined scope of work.
