11th April 2024, Update

April 11, 2024

Dear Valued Investor Partners,

We hope you are in good health and spirits.

In our latest portal update, we are pleased to share significant progress regarding our operational control over the Seminole County wells. Despite initial hurdles, we have taken decisive steps to assert our rights in the face of resistance from MXP.

Our legal team responded promptly, initiating an emergency hearing, and despite MXP's last-minute response tactics, Judge Rhoades has issued a court order in our favour. This order legally mandates MXP to allow our designated pumper access to the Seminole County lease to carry out essential work. Additionally, it grants us the right to replace existing locks with our own, ensuring we have 24-hour access to our wells and tank battery.

Furthermore, the court order ensures our ability to implement our chosen water haulier and oil purchaser, facilitating smooth operations moving forward. The only approved expenditures are now for the pumper and water haulier, meaning we have cut off MXP`s ability to receive any income from our wells.

We strongly believe that this development marks a significant stride toward regaining full control over our project and lease.

Rest assured, we will continue to keep you informed through the portal as further developments unfold.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all for your patience and unwavering support. We remain steadfast in our pursuit of justice.

Warm regards,

The ASE Team
