As a practicing attorney with over 42 years of specialized experience in oil and gas law, I am writing to share my professional assessment of Alpha Seven Energy (ASE) based on my 8-year tenure as their external legal counsel. Throughout my professional relationship with ASE, I have consistently observed their exceptional commitment to stakeholder interests. The management team demonstrates remarkable dedication to maintaining transparent and ethical relationships with investor partners and vendors alike. Almost 4 years ago to the day that I came on board with Alpha Seven Energy. I first was in contact with Grant McLoughlin who I actually met in person before investing funds. During this time, Grant, all ASE Senior partners and the team have been honest and open with their communication and respond promptly to any of my inquiries or investment requests. I have invested in many different industries and investing in oil and gas was a first for me. Even though some projects did experience delays, the ASE team have always been very transparent and diligent in providing project updates, both via the investor portal and through email and phone communication. For me, personally, trust and honesty are integral to any long-term relationship and I look forward to many more years with Alpha Seven Energy.
I've been invested with ASE for several years, I met the team in Australia then decided to travel to Dallas to get a better overall view. I met 2 other investors there and we were briefed on potential oil fields. Then we went on site. The ASE owners Chris, Dylan and Grant were very accommodating.
ASE through experience know the legal challenges, and associated risks including the drilling process and all other processes after drilling which is very comprehensive. This industry is not for the faint hearted, fortunately the team have always been very transparent, persistent and determined not to let you fail as a investor or as a company it's self. I am always able to contact them via whatsapp or email. Also with updated progress via a investor portal posted monthly informing you on your individual wells / projects.
This industry does carry risks but can achieve high returns on investment. For peace of mind i would suggest preferably to travel to Dallas to make sure you are comfortable. ASE genuinely are determined for the success of each investor, they will not leave you high and dry which can cause the time period to extend but long term not fail. ASE is currently developing out a lease in Oklahoma which by mud samples and independent geologist reports should be very economically profitable."
