8th December 2025, Update

December 8, 2025

Dear Valued Investor Partners,

We hope this update finds you well.

In this portal, we are pleased to provide your November 2025 operational update for the Parker Fee Oilfield, plus some very positive results seen over the past 3 days!

PORTAL UPDATE REMINDER

As investors now have direct access to their monthly statements via the investor platform and receive automatic notifications when statements are posted, the monthly portals will no longer duplicate this financial information.

Moving forward, portal updates will be issued only when:

  • Specific operational activities are occurring on your project well(s)
  • Important project milestones are achieved
  • Additional details or context need to be provided beyond the standard monthly statements

This streamlined approach ensures that portal communications remain focused on meaningful updates and project developments, while your financial statements remain readily accessible through your investor platform account.

NOVEMBER 2025 PRODUCTION PERFORMANCE

November Production & Sales:

  • Oil: 1,510.13 barrels
  • Oil Sales: 1,268.78 barrels
  • Stock on Hand: 612.76 barrels (end of month)

NOVEMBER OPERATIONAL HIGHLIGHTS

Field-Wide Optimization Success

The tubing optimization pilot program initiated in late October has proven highly successful. We are now implementing this procedure across additional wells as they come up for routine maintenance, delivering strong production improvements with minimal capital expenditure.

Well #47 - Successful Workover Completed:

  • Pulled the pump for maintenance
  • Rods and tubing steam cleaned
  • Rat hole cleaned out
  • Tubing lowered to tag bottom
  • Well successfully returned to production

This replicates the successful approach used on Well #41 in October, which restored production following paraffin buildup.

November Operational Challenges

Grid Infrastructure Events:

  • November 18-19: Xcel Energy (utility provider) grid down - operations restored
  • November 24-25: Force majeure event - lightning struck a transformer, causing a field-wide shutdown
    • One compressor motor lost
    • Both transformer and compressor motor were replaced
    • All wells returned to full production

STRATEGIC EXECUTION - SYSTEMATIC FIELD OPTIMIZATION

We continue executing our strategic decision to prioritize workover optimization across all Parker Fee wells before pursuing deepening operations. This systematic approach is delivering results:

Proven Strategy Benefits:

  • Maximizing production from existing intervals with minimal capital expenditure
  • Generating comprehensive field-wide production data
  • Identifying optimal candidate wells for future deepening based on actual performance data

Ongoing Implementation Driven By Positive Results:

  • Continuing to clean out and deepen tubing on wells as they come up on regular maintenance cycles
  • Implementing tubing optimization whenever pumps need changing, or first signs of paraffin buildup appear
  • Maintaining a cost-effective approach while building a solid production base
  • Over the past 3 days, the total daily oil production has increased to an average of 67.5 barrels per day!

NEXT STEPS

Once this field-wide workover program has been completed and production data analyzed, we will select the best candidate well for deepening operations to access the lower pay zone of the Granite Wash formation. Plans for Well #2A and potentially another well remain under consideration, but current focus remains on the more economical smaller optimization projects that have demonstrated strong returns.

This systematic approach continues to maximize returns for Parker Fee investors while building the foundation for strategic expansion.

Best regards,

THE ASE TEAM
