7th January 2025, Update

January 7, 2026

Dear Valued Investor Partners,

We hope you all had a wonderful festive season, and from the entire ASE team, we would like to wish you and your family a very Happy New Year!

In this portal, we are very pleased to provide your December 2025 operational update for the Parker Fee Oilfield.

DECEMBER 2025 PRODUCTION PERFORMANCE

December Production & Sales:

  • Oil: 1,924.87 barrels (averaging 62.09 Bopd)!
  • Oil Sales: 2,306.14 barrels
  • Total gas production and water disposal were maintained across field operations

DECEMBER OPERATIONAL HIGHLIGHTS

Field-Wide Optimization Success Continues

The tubing optimization pilot program continues delivering strong results across the Parker Fee oilfield. We are systematically implementing this procedure as wells come up for routine maintenance, continuing to achieve production improvements with minimal capital expenditure.

Well #53 - Scheduled Workover:

  • This is the next well identified in the ongoing systematic optimization program
  • Scheduled workover to commence in the next 7 days
  • Will replicate successful procedure: pull pump, steam clean rods and tubing, clean out rat hole, lower tubing to tag bottom

December Grid Infrastructure Challenge

Week of December 21, 2025:

  • Intermittent power issues from Xcel Energy grid
  • Operations restored with minimal production impact
  • Field returned to full production

STRATEGIC EXECUTION - SYSTEMATIC FIELD OPTIMIZATION

We continue executing our strategic decision to prioritize workover optimization across all Parker Fee oilfield wells before pursuing deepening operations. This systematic approach continues delivering excellent results:

Proven Strategy Benefits:

  • Maximizing production from existing intervals with minimal capital expenditure
  • Generating comprehensive field-wide production data
  • Identifying optimal candidate wells for future deepening based on actual performance data

Ongoing Implementation Driven By Positive Results:

  • Continuing to clean out and deepen tubing on wells as they come up on regular maintenance cycles
  • Implementing tubing optimization whenever pumps need changing, or the first signs of paraffin buildup appear
  • Maintaining a cost-effective approach while building a strong production base

The pilot program to lower tubing to the bottom of the wellbores has shown to be highly successful! We will continue to implement this procedure as wells are cleaned out on an as-needed basis.

NEXT STEPS

Once this field-wide workover program has been completed and production data analyzed, we will select the best candidate well for deepening operations to access deeper formations.  Plans to deepen Well #2A and other wells remain under consideration, with the current focus remaining on the smaller optimization procedures that have delivered approximately 50% production increases from the baseline of 42-43 BOPD when we secured the asset.

This systematic approach continues to maximize returns for Parker Fee investors while building the foundation for strategic expansion.

Best regards,

THE ASE TEAM
