OPERATIONAL UPDATE

February production at the Parker Fee Oilfield remained strong, with 1,097.79 barrels of total oil produced. Oil sales of 1,079.10 barrels were recorded for the month, though it is important to note that sales were impacted by a force majeure event declared by Xcel Energy, the utility provider.

FORCE MAJEURE — XCEL ENERGY

A mandatory electricity shutdown came into effect from 17 February 2026 due to high force winds as a preventative measure during a wildfire emergency in the region. Power was restored on 24 February 2026 (8 days of no production) as a result of this unplanned outage, oil dispatch was also disrupted, leaving 533.29 barrels in stock at end of month. Several early truckloads are expected to be dispatched in March to clear this inventory.

WELL ACTIVITY & UPCOMING DEVELOPMENTS

The team has been actively progressing a number of workstreams across the lease:

•        Well #41 was worked on and successfully returned to production.

•        Exploration of the shut-in Well #62 is underway. Log review indicates uphole potential in the Brown Dolomite formation, and OGP is preparing an AFE to assess recompletion costs. A completion in the Brown Dolomite would anticipate gas production.

•        An AFE has also been prepared to attempt to restore gas production from the shut-in Well #54. This well has a bridge plug that would need to be drilled out to access the gas zone. Warmer weather has lessened immediate urgency, but the team continues to evaluate its viability — particularly if the Well #62 Brown Dolomite recompletion proves successful. The lease currently requires approximately 50 additional Mcf per day to make the gas sales line viable again.

We will keep you informed as these developments progress.

Next Portal Update: Your next portal update will be released on 12 April 2026.
