To kick off the first portal update for 2023 we would like to wish everyone a very happy New Year and reinforce our commitment to each and every one of our project partners. In 2022 we outlined our mission and primary goal and in 2023 we are continuing on that mission to ensure that every one of our investors receives maximum financial benefits, both in terms of return on investment and fast-tracking their investment recoup period.
As all investors are aware we have been in a holding pattern for some time, with limited updates to provide. The delays in Phase 1 have unfortunately had an impact on Phase 3. As a company, we always endeavor to be solution-focused and we are still working on multiple fronts to achieve the best possible outcome for the Phase 1 well. Due to the Christmas break and other factors, we are still yet to officially confirm the exact option/strategy moving forward, yet we are confident that we will be able to deliver more detailed information on or before the next investor portal update.
Regarding developing the project and drilling future wells, we feel confident that with our new team's extensive experience and proven performance on and surrounding the Mesa Vista Ranch, this should translate into a highly successful project for all investors.
