OPERATIONAL UPDATE – SEMINOLE COUNTY OILFIELD

On Thursday, the 10th of April, Senior Partners Dylan Knight and Grant McLoughlin returned to our Seminole County oilfield for the official staking of the Lois Anne 1 well, which as mentioned in the previous portal will be the first well in which Mesa Vista Phase 3 investors will be allocated ownership through assigned working interest.

As outlined in our Road to Revenue video, each investor in the Mesa Vista Phase 3 LP will receive a proportional working interest across all newly drilled wells within the ASE Lois LP.

• Working interest (WI) is planned to be allocated in the 6 proposed ASE Lois LP wells and future wells, until each investor receives full dollar-for-dollar value WI based on their original capital contribution.
• We are currently still in the process of capital raising for these wells, and it is our goal to drill this well in the next 2-3 months, with the other wells to follow.
• During Dylan and Grant's site inspection, they took the time to capture much of it on film, which we have compiled into a video for your viewing pleasure.

1. Alpha Seven Energy Investment Portal

Our new investment portal launches at the end of June, offering:

• Comprehensive management of your ASE oil and gas investments
• Monthly revenue distribution statements (per Limited Partnership) based on your exact ownership percentages
• Centralized document repository for all partnership materials and tax documents
• Access to the ASE secondary market

We will provide a detailed video walkthrough of the portal's functionality upon release.
