30th September 2025, Update

September 30, 2025

Dear Valued Investor Partners,

We are excited to share a comprehensive update on the Lois Anne #1-1 well drilling operations. The well was successfully drilled in just 5 days, with preliminary results indicating substantially higher hydrocarbon reserves than initially projected. Analysis of mud logs, cutting samples, and wireline log data has confirmed 6 distinct hydrocarbon-bearing pay zones.

Additionally, we have uploaded the first 4 videos of our 6-part documentary series to the portal. These videos capture key moments from the drilling process, including in-depth analysis of the Lois Anne #1 logs by our geologist, John Dowds and rock (cuttings) samples reviewed by mud logger Levi Campbell.

LOIS ANNE #1-1 WELL – DRILLING COMPLETED

Current Status: We are very pleased to report that drilling operations on the Lois Anne #1-1 well have been successfully completed. The well reached its target depth of 4,266 feet, landing at the base of the 2nd Wilcox formation. Below is a summary of operations.

OPERATIONS SUMMARY

Site Preparation (August 4-18, 2025):

  • Completed location clearing, pad construction, and road development over 12 days
  • Materials delivered and spread:
    • 21 loads of base rock (Campbell Services)
    • 54 loads of crusher rock and 3" rock (Tiger Trucks)
    • 2 loads of shale (Tiger Trucks)

Pre-Drilling Operations (September 5-16, 2025):

  • Rathole rig set a 5' x 60" steel cellar
  • Drilled and set 45' of 16" conductor with cement
  • Rat/mouse holes drilled and 50' of 18" tin horn installed
  • Drilling rig was mobilized and rigged up
  • Set drilling rig anchors

Drilling Operations (September 17-21, 2025):

Surface Hole:

  • Spudded September 17th at 05:00
  • Drilled 12-1/4" hole to 900'
  • Set 21 joints of 8-5/8" x 24# surface casing at 894' KB
  • Cemented with 460 sacks of cement

Production Hole:

  • Drilled 7-7/8" hole from 900ft to final TD of 4,266ft
  • Drilling completed September 21st at 16:00
  • Total footage drilled: 3,366ft below surface casing
  • Wellbore remained stable throughout, with surveys showing less than 2° deviation

Logging and Casing Operations (September 22, 2025):

  • Allied Wireline Services ran comprehensive logs to evaluate all productive formations
  • Cemented with 180 sacks of range blend cement
  • Good circulation was reported throughout

Rig Release (September 23, 2025):

  • Drilling rig 2 rigged down and released
  • All vendors released

EXCEPTIONAL PRELIMINARY RESULTS – 6 CONFIRMED HYDROCARBON PAYZONES

We are extremely proud and pleased to report that this well has exceeded our expectations and has a high probability of being our best well to date in the ASE Oddfellows oilfield. Based on mud logs, wireline logs, and cutting samples taken during drilling, we have confirmed 6 hydrocarbon-rich pay zones by John Dowds, a highly regarded Geologist with close to 50 years of experience and expertize:

Here are the pay zones in order of depth;

  1. Ada Sands @ 941ft
  2. Unknown formation @ 1,035ft (potential naming rights for ASE)
  3. Booch @ 3,321ft
  4. Hunton @ 3,949ft
  5. Viola @ 4,078ft
  6. 1st Wilcox @ 4,148ft

STRATEGIC IMPORTANCE

Multi-Pay Zone Analysis: The Lois Anne #1-1 well not only reached the target 2nd Wilcox formation, but also logged all productive zones, providing comprehensive formation analysis across our entire oilfield.

Data Integration: This well will provide valuable formation data to help optimize completion decisions for the Anne Lois 1 well, and all future wells in the ASE Oddfellows oilfield, thus ensuring maximum production potential through data-driven decision making.

IMMEDIATE NEXT STEPS

Formation Selection: Next week, Geologist John Dowds will present his complete well data analysis, including recommendations on which pay zone to target first for production. Once we finalize our decision and schedule the completion team, we will post another portal update with estimated timelines and the planned scope of work.

Completion Operations: Once the formation has been selected and the exact completion plan has been finalized, the next step is to commence completion procedures, including perforation and stimulation operations, before bringing the well into production.

Timeline: Completion operations will be scheduled in the coming weeks with detailed updates provided as activities progress.

UPCOMING COMMUNICATIONS

We will provide more portal updates throughout the completion operations and production phase to keep you informed every step of the way.
