The project update is early this week due to the Thanksgiving holiday in the US. For all of our US investors, and anyone else who is celebrating this occasion, please have a safe and enjoyable Thanksgiving.
After overcoming a multitude of challenges, we are very pleased to report that the ASE 5#1H is making impressive progress as we are currently at a depth of 8,427 ft.
In the coming days, we will reach our landing point at 8,830 ft (8,136 ft true vertical depth), at which our operational team will facilitate the cementing of the casing, and then allow approximately five days to cure. The next stage will be the commencement of the horizontal drilling procedure, in which we intend to drill 5,000 ft through the Granite Wash formation.
We are still seeking a solution for the live-feed cameras on-site. In the meantime, all investors still have access to Pason to monitor the drilling progression.
