A very happy New Year to all of the Alpha Seven Energy Investor Partners.
Due to multiple factors/challenges, our team had to stay on-site over the whole Christmas break, even working on Christmas Day and New Year's Day. This reinforces our commitment to completing this well in a timely matter, and more importantly, our commitment to our investors.
We are now pleased to report that we have run 7-inch casing down to TD (8,815 ft) and completed the final cement job.
As our team did not have any time off and have been working long 12-16 hour shifts through sub-freezing temperatures, we have given them 2 weeks off to get some well-deserved rest and spend some quality time with family. Once they return we will look to recommence work and start the process of drilling the horizontal section of the well.
