Dear Investor Partners,
We are delighted to provide you with the latest update on the progress of the Cherokee project during the latter half of this week. Our completion team has been diligently executing all necessary tasks to prepare for the commencement of the Cherokee 2-9 well's production phase. Here is a succinct overview of the accomplished action items:
Component Arrival
All remaining components required for the project have been successfully delivered and are now on location.
Variable Speed Drive Installation
The crucial "variable speed drive," enabling remote or manual control of the well pumping unit's speed, has been meticulously installed.
Pumping Unit Setup
The pumping unit has been expertly installed and seamlessly connected to the generator.
Balancing of the Pumping Unit
Our team has completed the essential task of balancing the pumping unit for optimal function.Furthermore, we anticipate that the Cherokee 2-9 well will be entering production early next week, facilitating the removal of approximately 850 barrels of load water. This process, spanning up to 4-5 days, is anticipated to result in an increased oil cut as the oil flows into the frack tank, paving the way for subsequent sales.
Our completion team has captured raw video footage, accompanied by insightful commentary from our drilling contractor, providing valuable insights into the final stages of the completion process. We remain committed to keeping you informed of our progress and will continue to share updates and additional videos next week. We are eagerly anticipating the expected increase in the Cherokee 2-9 well's oil cut, marking a significant milestone in our project.
Warm regards,
The Alpha Seven Energy team
