September 1 2023, Update

September 1, 2023

Dear Investor Partners,

We wish to provide you with an update on the recent progress of the ASE Cherokee 2-9 well. Over the course of approximately 3 days, the well has been in the process of naturally flowing back the loadwater. To date, we have successfully recovered up to 250 barrels of fluid from the 1,100 barrels initially used during last week's hydraulic fracturing process. As we continue to recover more of the loadwater, we are optimistic about observing an enhanced oil cut. Generally, we expect to see this improvement after the return of 50-75% of the fluids.

In response to the evolving circumstances, we have chosen to refine our approach to powering the pumpjacks. Although the initial plan involved gas power, we have recognized the potential for greater efficiency and reduced downtime by switching to electric power. We are pleased to share that Indian Electric has been scheduled to install power lines (approximately 2-3 weeks) for both Phase 1 and the upcoming Phase 2 wells at the Cherokee site.

We are committed to keeping you informed every step of the way. To that end, our ASE team is diligently preparing for a site inspection scheduled for mid-next week. During this inspection, we will capture the most recent developments pertaining to the 2-9 well.Thank you for your ongoing support and trust. We value your partnership immensely and look forward to sharing more updates soon.

Warm regards,

The Alpha Seven Energy team
