As investors have direct access to their monthly statements via the investor platform and receive automatic notifications when statements are posted, the monthly portals will no longer duplicate this financial information.

DECEMBER OPERATIONAL CHALLENGES

Equipment Maintenance Issues

Well 7-9 - Wrist Pin Failure:

• Wrist pin on the 7-9 pumping unit failed in November
• BOM Oil Services has been waiting on replacement part delivery
• Part delivery and installation scheduled for next week

Well 3-9 - Scheduled Workover:

• Tubing leak requiring acid treatment identified
• Pull and inspection for tubing leak scheduled with T&L Well Services
• Now coordinated with well 2-9 (Cherokee Phase 1) workover for operational efficiency
• Small acid treatment will be performed during the workover operations

The proposed workover operations are designed to optimize production performance, and we will report results in the next portal update.
