In this portal, we will provide you with the latest developments regarding your investment in Phase 2 of the Cherokee project.

CURRENT OPERATIONAL STATUS

August Production Performance:

• Oil Production: 116.83 barrels
• Oil Sales: 1 load of 160.69 barrels (including previous month's inventory)

STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN UPDATE

Three-Phase Water Injection Strategy: We are currently formulating a comprehensive three-stage approach to increase oil production by optimizing the Skinner formation potential:

• Stage 1: Restore the 8-9 well to operational status and substantially increase water injection volumes as the foundation of our enhanced recovery strategy.
• Stage 2: Upon successful Stage 1 implementation, target additional Skinner formations in selected Phase 2 wells, requiring an additional (estimated) 400-500 barrels of water.
• Stage 3: Complete field-wide Skinner formation development with maximum water flood optimization across all remaining wells.

Strategic Implementation Timeline: We intend to finalize a comprehensive blueprint of this strategy, including detailed cost analysis and implementation timeframes, by the end of September.

MANAGEMENT UPDATE

Strategic Focus Period: Senior Partner and COO Grant McLoughlin will be stateside from September 9th for one month. During this period, the ASE Management team will be conducting multiple meetings focused on strategies to improve efficiencies and enhance production rates across our operations.
