We hope this update finds you well. We’re pleased to provide you with the latest developments from Cherokee Phase 2.

_{Skinner Formation Update: Well 9-9}

As we await the Skinner formation in the 9-9 well to "kick" and boost oil production, our optimism remains strong. The process of injecting water into the Skinner is progressing as planned, and we are hopeful for positive results in the near future.

Coming Soon:
A detailed geological report from Bob Pfannenstiel on the Skinner water injection process will be made available by the close of business next week. This report will explain the goals of the water injection and why we believe it will lead to a sizable boost in oil production.

_{Maintenance and Current Operations:}

We are currently conducting scheduled maintenance on wells 9-9 and 8-9, which are temporarily offline. Below is a summary of the work being performed and future tasks:

• T&L Well Services:
  Scheduled to arrive Monday, Oct 7, to pull the 9-9 well.
  • Pull out rods, pump, and tubing.
  • Test tubing integrity and replace joints as needed.
  • Reinstall tubing, rods, and pump, and bring the well back online.
• Arrow Engine Repair:
  The 9-9 engine is under warranty, and Arrow is managing the repair or replacement.

• Cherokee 5-9 Disposal Well:
  • Skinner formation opened.
  • CIBP installed under Skinner perforations.
  • Water injection ongoing, maintaining pressure between 250-500 psi.
  • No response has been detected yet from well 9-9, but the water is expected to push oil to the wellbore soon.
  • Mark Roberts is assessing the possibility of opening the Skinner in wells 3-9 and 7-9 to monitor oil movement. A project proposal and AFE will follow.
• Well 3-9 Engine Issue:
  • Possible engine issue identified.
  • Spark plugs have been ordered for replacement, and are due to be delivered by the end of the week.
