Dear Cherokee Phase 2 Investor Partners,

We hope this update finds you well.

In September, we encountered some challenges with the engines on the Cherokee 3-9 and Cherokee 7-9 wells, resulting in both wells being offline for the majority of the month. This downtime led to minimal oil production during September, which will be reflected in the latest oil revenue distributions.

Please find the "September Settlement Statement" attached below for your records.

Additionally, the Cherokee 9-9 well experienced a tubing leak that temporarily prevented it from producing a commercially viable quantity of oil.

We are pleased to inform you that these issues have been resolved:

• The engines on the Cherokee 3-9 and Cherokee 7-9 wells have been repaired and are now fully operational.
• The tubing leak on the Cherokee 9-9 well has been successfully sealed.

With these repairs completed, we anticipate significantly improved oil production for the coming month, leading to more productive distributions in the near future.
