13th May 2024, Update

May 13, 2024

Dear Valued Investor Partners,

We hope you had a wonderful weekend, and we sincerely apologize for the delay in updating the portal over the weekend.

Here is a brief overview of the Cherokee Phase 2 project, along with Dylan Knight's videos, offering insights into the project's progress and a deeper dive into the Cherokee 9-9 and 3-9 wells.

The weather forecast for the next eight days looks promising, except for potential rainfall on Thursday. This favourable forecast sets the stage for our team to swiftly commence the remaining scope of work. Our priority is to bring all other wells online as expeditiously as possible while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

We are very excited to bring this project home for all of our Investor Partners and see the cumulative production from all Phase 2 wells, weather permitting this major milestone should be accomplished on or before the end of the month.  In addition, we are equally excited to commence the Phase 2 pressure maintenance program in the next 1-1.5 weeks, which based on surrounding case studies has yielded impressive hydrocarbon recovery.

Dylan Knight is gearing up to return to Payne County this week, where he will capture more up-close video footage and provide further comprehensive updates, that will be promptly shared via the portal, ensuring you are kept informed every step of the way.

Best regards,
The ASE Team
