OPERATIONS UPDATE — MARCH 2026

• Status: Temporarily Shut-In
• The Cherokee Phase 2 well (3-9) has been temporarily shut-in. As with the Phase 1 well, there is a suspected tubing issue and an inspection workover has been planned.

COMING UP — APRIL 2026

The workover rig will attend the Cherokee 2-9 (Phase 1 well) first during the third week of April, following which it will move to the Phase 2 well (3-9) to carry out the same scope — pulling the pump and inspecting the tubing for any potential leaks. Sequencing the two wells back-to-back with the same rig crew is the most cost-efficient approach and minimises total downtime across both wells.

K-1 TAX SCHEDULES

The K-1 tax schedules have been prepared and distributed to all investors. If you have any queries regarding your K-1, please ensure these are submitted to us as soon as possible as our accountant will be finalising and filing the partnership tax returns imminently.

Our next investor portal update will be released on or before May 12th, 2026.
