We are very pleased to report that, as planned, the ASE 2-9 well drilling procedure commenced on Wednesday.
The surface hole has been drilled to a TD of 480 ft and the surface pipe has been set and cemented in place. After the cement has had time to cure, our drilling team will then drill out underneath the surface pipe and continue drilling down to TD of approximately 3,200 ft, which is the bottom of the RedFork formation.
Dylan Knight (Co-Founder & Senior Partner) will be making the long trip from Dallas to Oklahoma (Payne County), where he will spend 3 days overseeing the final stages of the drilling process, followed by logging the well. As always, we will be providing our geologist's drilling reports, and also share videos documenting the entire process all the way through to completion and then production.
