We are pleased to report that on Thursday, July 20th, the OCC (Oklahoma Corporation Commission) approved the ASE Cherokee 2-9 well permit for drilling. Furthermore, the drilling pad, which is an extension of the original 1-9 well pad, has been completed.
In light of these developments, we are now proceeding with our scheduled plans for the next steps. On Monday, we have a well-organized mobilization plan in-place, and we will begin setting up the drilling rig promptly. Following this, we will conduct all necessary pre-drilling safety checks to ensure a smooth and secure drilling operation. With everything in order, we anticipate commencing drilling operations by Wednesday.
