We hope this update finds you well.

Before we proceed with the project update, we would like to inform you that all required financial reports have been submitted to our accountants for the processing of the K-1 forms.

General Update:

• Oil Production: We have observed a slight decline in production from the Cherokee 2-9 well.
• Oil Sales: One truckload of oil was successfully sold in January.
• Lease Maintenance: Several lease maintenance tasks have been completed, including the installation of cattle fencing around the tank battery and all wells on the lease.

Potential Production Boost:

In the coming weeks, we are preparing an AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) to conduct a minor acid treatment on the Cherokee 2-9 well, which is expected to enhance daily production. A local operator recently achieved positive results with a similar acid treatment on the Simmett #6 well, located adjacent to the west of our site, which also targets the Red Fork formation. Based on these results, we are confident that this investment will provide a swift return and increase net revenue disbursements to Limited Partners.

Once the AFE is finalized, we will provide further details in the next portal update, which will be released at the end of the first week of May.
