14th December 2023, Update

December 14, 2023

Dear Valued Investor Partners,

We hope you are happy and in high spirits.

Today the Cherokee 2-9 well is back online after a temporary shutdown for essential groundworks. Our primary operator and drilling partner were on-site, meticulously detailing each completed scope of work.

During the shutdown period, pressure within the well significantly increased (each day) reaching up to 300 PSI. This serves as a great success indicator, showcasing the substantial energy that is beneath the our Cherokee oilfield.

We highly encourage you to watch the accompanying videos. They offer invaluable insights into the completed work and reveals how the oil builds up when the well is offline, resulting in most cases with increased production known as flush production.

Warm Regards,

The ASE Team
