10th April 2026, Update

April 10, 2026

Dear Valued Investor Partners,

We hope this update finds you well.

OPERATIONS UPDATE — MARCH 2026

  • Status: Temporarily Shut-In
  • The Cherokee 2-9 well has been temporarily shut-in. The operations team has identified a potential tubing leak and a workover rig has been scheduled to pull the pump and inspect the tubing string.

COMING UP — APRIL 2026

The workover rig is anticipated to be on location during the third week of April. During the workover, the team will pull the tubing to inspect for any leaks. A small, routine acid treatment will also be performed during the same mobilisation to clean out the perforations and treat for any sand buildup from the Red Fork formation — a standard maintenance procedure for Red Fork wells. This will minimise future downtime and position the well for a return to optimal production.

Note: Oil prices have stabilised at favourable levels, which has improved the economic case for scheduling this maintenance workover now rather than deferring it further.

K-1 TAX SCHEDULES

The K-1 tax schedules have been prepared and distributed to all investors. If you have any queries regarding your K-1, please ensure these are submitted to us as soon as possible as our accountant will be finalising and filing the partnership tax returns imminently.

As always, your monthly financial statement is available through your investor account portal.

Our next investor portal update will be released on or before May 12th, 2026.

Best regards,

THE ASE TEAM
