February Performance

• Oil Sales: No oil was sold during this period

April Performance

• Oil Production: 177 barrels
• Oil Sales: 178 barrels (1 full truckload)

Lease Operating Expenses (LOE)

• The Settlement Statement reflects remaining balances for maintenance and repairs from prior months
• These expenditures were necessary to maintain well efficiency and ensure long-term operational stability

OPERATIONAL DEVELOPMENTS

April Workover Summary

• Completed the required workover procedure to address two bad joints of tubing
• Successfully returned the well to pumping status
• Implemented new chemical treatment protocol

Paraffin Management Program

• Testing innovative chemical solution to address sudden paraffin buildup
• Second treatment completed in April
• Results show production improvement of 1.5 BOPD following treatment
