OPERATIONAL UPDATE

The Boyd Well continues to perform steadily at approximately 3.2 barrels of oil per day (BOPD). Following the recent freeze event, production was restored and a small leak was identified at the tank battery and at the stuffing box on the wellhead. Both issues were promptly addressed by M&B roustabouts at minimal cost and production was quickly restored.

As an additional operational note, the cattle guard at the wellhead was extended by one panel per side at the request of the landowner.
