OPERATIONS UPDATE

Status: Producing

Production softened during the month as the pumping unit lost good pump action. A hot oil treatment carried out at the end of the previous month restored production for a period. Pressure testing indicates the tubing is most likely sound, however the well needs to be pulled to inspect the pump and to check for any tubing leak or paraffin plug. Rig availability is very limited at present, and the well is on the schedule for a workover as soon as a rig becomes available.
